PHPS Basketball will be working to provide young men and ladies with the knowledge and tools needed to play basketball at its highest level. The goal is to teach, motivate, condition, and challenge each player to learn the game. Our instructors come highly recommended and have extensive basketball background.
WORKOUT TIMES: Tues. (6pm-8pm), Sat. (4pm-6pm), Sun. (12pm-2pm)
WORKOUT TYPES:
Group Workouts - Group workouts consist of players grouped according to skill level. Players can also form their own group, but this must be done before the session begins.
These workouts provide a unique opportunity for players to work with other athletes as well as get individual attention on their fundamental skills. The workouts are also beneficial because it allows players to play and make moves with defense in a controlled environment. All of these workouts will run at least one hour.
Individual Workouts - An intensive one-on-one workout session, custom designed to meet the needs of the individual and foster maximum skill development.
Individual workouts are a good opportunity for one-on-one training and attention. All players can benefit from this intensive workout. All of these workouts will run at least one hour.
Fees - $25 per session (1 workout) or $110 a month (5 workouts) per player. Other times, days, and workout types can be set up upon request of player and parent.
